Compass Educational Tools, LLC is dedicated
to providing educational material for Law Enforcement and Public Safety

are designed to supplement the law enforcement officers preparation
for upward advancement in the law enforcement hierarchy.
Compass Educational Tools material is designed for those officers preparing
to move up to any rank within the department, at the same time providing
a knowledge base necessary to properly supervise and advise subordinate
officers.

needed in the promotional preparation. Juggling the study time, the

As the owner of the company, I have been with the
law enforcement community since 1989. In 1995, I was sworn in as
a Police
officer. In 2002,
I was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and in 2005, I was promoted
to the rank of Lieutenant after ranking number one on the lieutenants
promotional exam.
I
Graduated from Jersey City State College with a
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and am presently completing
the masters program. My law enforcement career has seen almost every
aspect the job has to offer, from Patrol to Detective Bureau, Juvenile
and Narcotic, to SWAT and through the ranks.
