RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchanges only for DOA or damaged CD’s. Due to the nature of the material, money back returns or credit will not be provided, offered or issued. We will exchange the damaged or DOA product for the identical product you purchased.

Procedure:
• Email Compass Educational Tools at returns@compasseducationaltools.net stating the problem with    the CD or CD’s and your desire to exchange the product within 14 days of receipt.
• A return postage label will be forwarded to you.
• Package the product and affix the return postage label to the package, mail package.
• Once CET receives the product, we will send out the identical product to you.
